Troubleshoot Issues with Your Vape Cartridge

If your cartridge isn’t working properly, give these solutions a try. If the issue persists, return it to the store where it was purchased or contact us for assistance.

Cartridge Won’t Produce Vapor

  • Cold temperatures can thicken the extract. Warm the cartridge using a preheat function, hand warmth, or a hairdryer on low.

  • Use a fully charged battery producing less than 4 volts.

  • Take a few gentle, sip-like puffs and repeat warming if needed.

  • If clogged, gently heat the bottom where air enters and remember to keep the cartridge upright to prevent clogging.

  • If no vapor forms, slightly loosen the cartridge from the battery (¼ turn counterclockwise) and test again.

Vapor Hits Are Too Light

  • Use a fully charged battery with at least 280mAh and 4 watts of power.

  • Warm the cartridge until air bubbles move when tilted.

  • Take a few light puffs to prime the coil.

If these steps don’t work

  • Your coil may have burned out, often due to using a battery over 4.2 volts.

  • Always use batteries that operate at 4.2 volts or lower.

Cold Weather Tips

  • Extracts may become thick in cold temperatures, preventing vapor production. Make sure you store your cartridge indoors!

  • Warm your cartridge and prime it as outlined above. Once warmed, it should function normally.
